How does a team work working together play into your curriculum? So that wouldn't be in our one-on-one coaching program. But I've also done workshops with different nonprofits or different organizations where it's more of a group setting and you'll facilitate a lot of discussion amongst each other. We get a lot of positive response for that because it's very often that we can see other strengths more than they can see it in themselves, except we often don't communicate that.
