Mark: A lot of it that I think has to do with rules right if the rules are super clear and there's a single way that you're supposed to do something it's much easier to automate. If you have this massive amount of inputs both qualitative and quantitative and you also have a massive number of outcomes none of which are qualitatively viewed as better or worse than others, they just add to the complexity of what you're trying to put through a decision-making system.
