How to Set Up Widgets on the Desktop in macOS Sonoma

I seem to have different versions of one password on different machines so I haven't got round to updating all of it. So I don't remember what the state is now but most of the time the few passwords I use a lot, that's the way I go into them. The reason I've remembered that I've forgotten why did I need the iPhone? It was because I wanted to check out this thing that you can have a widget on your Mac without having the app as long as that app is actually on your iPhone. And at the moment I have no widgets on the desktop because I've got to go back through and decide which ones I want for me. Yeah, pretty good.
