The Importance of Identifying Negative Patients
The real big advantage though is that they're actually getting the test right. It's important in seclly transmitted infections as becaus inthe mery, cases of someone showing symptoms of an s t i and perhaps they've had risky behaviour. Sometimes te clinition will give them antobiotics even if they haven't got the test result back yet. That can then lead to problems in terms of antibrootic resistance where people are being over treated just in case they have this infection. So it's really important that we accurately treat people whether they're positive or negative.
