The Downside of Using a Linter Step to Iterate Quickly
People do find it annoying that when they're trying to iterate quickly, they are not allowed to have unused variables. If I'm looking at someone's code, then maybe they didn't run the linter step. So which context are you looking at? It's because that changes to how you think about it as well.
