The Challenges of Being and Staying Religious

I think there's a lot of challenges to being and staying religious, especially in the modern day where there's so many distractions. Something that I found a little bit challenging when going to church was there's all these extremely religious people around me like sitting next to me in sermon. Every time I catch myself doing that, it's evidence that I'm making my religion about myself When it's about God, ultimately, right? Like, it's not about me, it's about the one who saved me. And yeah, I just think that's really true.
