The Book of the New Son

It's just striking to me this sort of almost cult status of his writing in relation to the praise that he, like Michael Swanwick says, he's the best writer in the English language bar none. He didn't publish his first story until he was 34. And that was in a very short little story in a soft porn magazine. So which James is hunted down? I did hunt him down.
