State duties are set up to build freeways and highways right they're not set up for other kinds of transportation so you do get this kind of circular logic right where you have a model that tells you to build more stuff. What do you think the path forward is here for the united states i don't know there are some cities there are some cities in which people aren't using public transit at all.
