The Cost of a High-Caliber Dev Shop
I was thinking, I don't know if you've met Scott, my business partner in 1180. He asked me what would it cost here to just build out a high caliber Dev shop. You know, basically it costs like call it two to two 50 in salaries per engineer. That same engineer externally would cost us about 50. And then a CTO would normally cost us probably let's say 300 like a really good CTO. If they were based abroad, they'd cost 80,000. Okay. So Nick, yeah, we're constantly looking at costs and that makes me so happy that we're doing this.
