The Frame Rate of Animated Comedies

i am obsessed with story and characters. And it worked for me in this, i sn tao, because it was part of, like ake a mash of things. It wasn't like a blanket kind of slow frame rate for all parts of the movie. This goes back to just how we all experience film as individuals. To me, if the story and the characters are still compelling, i literally probably don't even notice. That's, that's how, like, the gut level on which film speaks.
