The Squeeze Technique

The squeeze technique, technically speaking, only ever took place in inrotary moved, rotary form movements. Squeeze technique is at a ten second up, ten second down, repetition,. about three repetitions in the exteis when you get into the finished position for about three to five seconds. You gradually build force over that time till you reach a peak. And then you ease out of that position, and then you ee up into the negative.
