Monitoring of Methotrexate for JIA

Metshotrexate is notorious for causing nausea and it's also pre-intispiratory nausea. Some centers have what they call a navigation coordinator or somebody to help them with transition into adult medicine. It would be lovely if everybody had access but at the same time, we know how busy having a chronic illness is.
