I think when we're in relationships that leave us feeling seen safe and supported, there's a different type of willingness that we have to name our needs. So I when it comes to naming needs for me, it's not necessarily about boundaries all the time. Like a lot of times it's about self advocacy and literally saying like this is what I need from you or this iswhat I want from you. It can be really challenging, but also really nourishing.
