Is That Really Worth the Cost?
You could just not one that's not on top of an oil. Yeah, exactly. You would have to go find one that had approximately the same land value you understood when you thought it before it became worth a fortune. But that would be some considerable downside. Like you mentioned the moving cost, but also just maybe you're attached to this house. Maybe you've done, you know, you've personalized it quite a bit. And that is a consideration that kind of sucks if you have to move away from... It does uproot your whole life too.
