There is still this unadjusted pay gap. While comparatively it's small, again, when you're talking about someone's lifetime earnings, that can be millions of dollars. So reall inting of that matters for lots of reasons, i would say, not just for individual women, but it's kind of bad for society as a whole an lot of ways.
