Effak, the Whole Group Can Get Punished
When i worked with fighter pilots when i was a fort ear controller, something that struck me about their culture was more time de briefing than actually flying. Every single minor detail was picked up on and unpacked. Effak, the whole group can get punished. I think nurturing people and encouragement is probably better for most environments. And having been on the receiving end of that learneg fly helicoct, i realize it's been a long time since i've been a student,. It doesn't mean i get it right, buti'm certainly understanding the differences envirements.
