Is There Learning for Learning?

All information processing is so that you can make decisions to act in one way or another. Doctors are going to put you in a category of either you need this medication or not, and they have to give you directions. But i would like to live in a world where there is more consideration of the spectrum of choices. That's all i'm saying. And you're telling me mostly wrong.
