The sweet spot in life is a balance between facts and feelings. That's our ability to experience life, to experience all of its flavors and to savor them. To not assign a fact to it, an assumption to it, a conclusion to it simply because it feels a certain way are powerful ways to live. Use it to fuel mindfulness, use it to fuel clarity in your life.
