Is It OK to Be Underpaid in a Smaller Market?
I think it's okay sometimes for it to be like just about pay. You know, I can't be making 30% less than I could across the street. It's just like not not responsible as a professional. But I do think that's a valid thing to be considering, especially, you know, in Chicago, the market is smaller. And so it is less competitive. In New York there's a bigger base of firms and they're competing more viciously for talent.
