The Challenge of Technology in the Future of Justice
I want to open people's minds to the idea that there are existing and emerging technologies which might play a central role in helping people resolve disputes. We're not going to solve this, I don't think, by throwing more lawyers and judges at the problem. The great joy of technology or the great appeal is how we can re-conceptualize problems and perhaps solve them in entirely different ways. That for me is the big challenge.
