Foreign Policy and the Orcus Project

The project is so large and all-consuming that it cannot help but make Australian foreign policy more of an offshoot of the anglosphere. It's highly notable that foreign policy didn't get a look in at the early stages of Orcus. This is a reversion to earlier forms by Australia, a junior partner in a three-way alliance whose direction and objectives will always necessarily be those of the largest partner.
