I think about it as a non-conformist. Somebody who speaks out and stands up basically, Originals are important because they're the ones who drive creativity and change in the world. A conformity is dangerous. Conformity exists when people look at an idea and say, I don't agree with this, but they follow it anywaybecause they'd rather fit in than stand out. And that's a great way to shut down dissent, weed out diversity of thought, and eliminate innovation from the world. If we want to create an organization that's built to last, then we need to create environments where other people can be original.
