How does one get themselves to do that when they're still stuck here in fear and anxiety? Brennan: The beauty of therapy is it's a safe situation where you agree to have a relationship with the therapist. They help you to understand yourself a little bit more,. not just that, but you also have the experience where they interact with you as somebody who is worthy.
