Is the FDC a Good Antitrust Judge?

There has been a pattern, if you look at the last 10, 15 years, of the FDC winning. This is an in-house trial with an administrative law judge. I tend to believe he actually is quite independent and doesn't really essentially favor the FDC going in. Now, I'm a little confused about the timing because the trial is set for August 2nd, 2023. But the DM is set to close by June 30th, 2023 that's a problem for the company.
