The manager of the project in the 60s, I do believe, when they were building the line between Tokyo and Osaka, he deliberately underestimated the cost of the project by half. So that it would get approved because infrastructure projects unfortunately are known for their cost overruns. He had like stepped down midway through the project and, but they were already starting building this. It was getting for ready for the Olympics. And so like, well, you can't just like not show off your, your beautiful new infrastructure. Um, uh, so I ended up finishing it.
