The Gorilla Girls were certainly my first encounter with what might be called activist art in a way. So sort of after this, I guess, specifically sort of overtly politicised,. which to an extent has a sort of an objective at the end of it. But if anything, it's a reaction to the mainstream attention that these artists and this kind of ethos is getting - which also can only be a good thing. We are living in more inclusive and changing times than ever. You know, I have ever the optimist. I do think that things are getting better despite there being so much work still to be done.
