The Connectionist Tradition in Machine Learning
I think that somebody looking at your views, your research directions as being brought up within the connectionist tradition. My question for you there is, perhaps to frame some of what we're going to talk about today is, I think that connectionist versus symbolist, that's maybe a little bit of a reductive way of looking at what are some pretty complicated debates about the field of AI.
