As a researcher, what i realize is the conversations that i'm collaboratively building with my customers starts to really directly d allf the conversations we're having in that room. So how can we take the things that we're learning and actively work on them, build on them, or just fill the room with them? And i like to do that in a lot of ways. I like to create a lot of artifects, sow journey maps, or diagrams, or just strit to build a sort of colle tion of things that we can then all sort of look at,. That we can take a part build back together, and that we can develop, you know, a clear understanding
