Is There a Digital Twin of the Shop?
Supermarkets are collecting data, it's just their inability to be able to adapt structures. Running that store requires multiple systems to be joined together and harmonised. I suspect over the next five, ten years we will start to see some much more intelligent experiences in those stores.
