Dr. Troa: We can't find the cause until we say, okay, there's a problem. People are in denial and they won't say it's happening. Exercise is so good for our brain, so much more than it is for our physical bodies. If I'm working with somebody who feels intimidated by the gym, again, if you go back three years and ask me like, do you need a gym to be really healthy? I would say, absolutely you would. You need different types of equipment. You need to do different kinds of box jumps. And get all sweaty and train in what we called "functional exercise"
