How Can Culture Help Black America or Non-White America?
I feel like we have somehow culturally pulled a fast one on ourselves that we talk about racism and this expands to the context of any cultural bias but it's most particularly poignant I think in the discussion around race in America. We have somehow turned racism into a predominantly black centered conversation which is bizarre when you see the the subject of over racism are non-white people in the US. The perpetuators the creators the defenders of racism in America are white by necessity right so it is bizarre that we have excused ourselves from this conversationlike oh well there's those Klansmen they're bad that's racism we don't need to do that. Ultimately this conversation needs to center around how can culture
