Vertical and Horizontal Merger Guide Lines
There are two different guide lines called the horizontal merter guide lines, in the vertical merger guide lines. And they are used by the agencies to give them sort of step by step framework by which to analyze the deals that come before them and get reviewed. So it's these guide lines that have been followed now for several years. They're asking whether or not it's time to up date both sets of guide lines.
