C++ Error Handling in C++

The system exception class should be like a base class or an abstract. You have to use a very specific one, right? But that's my personal opinion based on several years of building frameworks and applications. If you just throw a new exception, it's pointless. I don't care that much about the exception type. Give me the description. Go look at the log file. Try to go away the timeframes.
