Conflict Avoidance in Open Source

I think that the false consensus has been, I mean, it's been a problem. When you are so conflict avoidant, you run the risk of now overly incentivizing a false consensus because we are trying to avoid conflict. And for me that there's challenges both in my ability to introspect and also my ability to communicate in a way that is not conflict Avoidant, but also not hurtful. So I do think it is one of those ones where ideally like we as community could all work on this together.
