This allsor started two thousand and five when cowl in doing a long range plan for the next 20 years, declared that it was only going to increase student enrolment by about 16 hundred and 50 students. But then a few years later, the regon said, no, you've got to increase enrolment much, much more. And what ended up happening is this neighborhood group, save berkeley neighborhoods, filed a lawsuit against cowl first, filed round late two thousand and 18,. saying that it had not done a proper environmental review of the increase in the number of students.
