Melotonin and Sleep, Is It a Sleep Enhancer?

In healthy people who are not of older age, it doesn't seem to be especially beneficial. But let's assume that for some people it does have an effect. So either massive sb effect, or its operating through some other mechanism related to quelling anxiety. One of the reasons i've become a little bit more bullish melotoning from a sleep perspective. And then melotonin more generally, as a counter measure when you're undergoing insufficient sleep.
