Bart and Cavanagh - Is New York an Outlier?
A and, and i think it's very interesting barrett and cavanagh didn't join. It'll be intresting to see if this comes up on the merits though. The emergency docket was getting so out of hand. I can understand why they're tired of having to address the merits without briefing or oral argument. Ant, the highest court in the land might be putting the brakes on a lot of this by relying on the lower courts for regular order.
