Welcome back to another conversation on how this agency owner, Brendan Parker, was able to 5.6x his agency in the last 12 months with ADF, and we're going to be breaking down exactly what he did so you can do the same and hit your million dollar fund rate. So Brandon, for everyone that doesn't know you, tell us about who you are and what land

he leads sales as a service. We're an agency. We work with land investors. Land investors are people who buy vacant land and then resell it as a profit. Sometimes they do some value add, sometimes they just flip it. What our company does is we get seller leads for vacant land and we give them to our clients. So we go find the vacant land, then we have a call center, we call people and ask if they want to sell their property. If they say they might be interested, then we do the initial qualification of those leads, manage it all in a CRM, and then we just pass hot leads onto our clients. They negotiate and close deals. And so we're the full suite of front end operations for land investors. A land investor can come to us and the output looks like we just hand them qualified leads to swing deals. Easy.

It's almost like it's interesting that I think on another podcast, we would probably talk about what's the difference between this and wholesaling. Obviously there's a lot of like logisticalistical differences, but it's a killer offer because if you're an investor and you're getting a hot deal. So let's do a quick high level. Let's do a quick recap for where you were when you came in. So when you came in, I have the notes pulled up. There was a lot of different things we need to figure out. We need assistance with legion, hiring and scaling properly, a system to know when to hire a cold caller we there was a like a i don't know what i don't know you're tracking kpis but you know they need to be smoother clarity on who to hire operations in general you know you wanted to scale like you're really really like just hungry and thirsty and i actually had, check this out, you had your 12 month goal.
