The Next Action Concept
When you're breaking down excepts, it's sort of like microgolsand. You know what the next lever is to fall even if it's not on the same exactly. See, thinking is not required, just choosing and deciding, right? I can't see that if you haven't figured out the next step, they're still thinking involved. That's why finishing that, once you finish the thinking, so i get it down to the action level, that's a phone call on that thing. Then the question is not, i keep looking at this project going, that's the problem.
