Diabetic Eye Exams and Treatments for Retinopathy
The biggest advance in the past, you know, 10 years has been inter-vitrial injections. The mainstay is laser treatment for like proliferative retinopathy. I'd say that if I get a poorly controlled diabetic in clinic and I can't really figure out anything else wrong with them or why they'd have blurry vision, I'll usually blame it on blood sugar.
