Is the Seaweed in the Ramen a Star?
Brian used wakame, which is a dried thing that you like to rehydrate in the water. There's this other kind that is, I think, Nori, that comes in these blocks. That's probably why it didn't taste like particularly. It just brings something home and like slide it in. Brings up from home. But texturally, you know, it becomes a little challenging.
