Alad started gogle's mobile team, working to build functionality that we take for granted to day. He also worked on the adsense products all up. His key take awayis a pretty plicable to everyone. If you really want to keep innovating, you have to do it early on in the life of a company. And so google actually did that quite early, and i think that's why they ended up doing things like wemo and self driving cars.
