Wave's Culture of Honesty and Transparency
i don't know if i would remake the decision the same way today. It has turned out to be an important part of something that's culturally very important to wave, which is a very strong focus on being honest and transparent with each other. That type of honesty and transparency is really great for people. It makes them feel like they understand what's going on. They can be confident that we're not compensating them unfairly compared to other people at wave. So that has a lot of great knock on effects in terms of the overall environment. People are just really happy to be like, honest with eachother. And i think that helps us improve a lot as as a company and give people
