Yes, it's been astounding to watch the population shift. There are some negatives that i see, and that's the possibility of gentrification. I woing to give up a lot the charm of, of, you know, ben, i know people who know their neighbors,. But, but, you're much more anonymous in a big city than you are in a small town. We'll take that as an amenity.
