Monique says the Krakatas eruption was a cacophony of rumbles and explosions. She says people in Singapore or Jakarta would not have thought it was a volcano. Monique: The tsunamis were between 100 and 135 feet tall, 500 miles from the eruption. "It's just mind blowing. It's staggering," she says.
