What to Automate?

The cost of automation is much less than my current cost of operation. The risks of failure are manageable, and I've put in place some process for thinking about managing those risks. If you have process exceptions every time that's not a repeatable task. Those are good candidates for automation. Sometimes bottlenecks aren't a good thing, but sometimes depending on how bad of a bottleneck it is, it's okay.
