The Conspiracy With Health Star Rating

We have been finding a conspiracy with health star rating, which is that bit of nutritional information you see on the packaging of any product in a supermarket. Sometimes ice creams, five stars, sometimes a nut is one. So we are looking. We've had so many of these come in where they're just the same product next to each other on the shelf with a discrepancy.
