i really appreciate about this, cause i think there's a lot like bagging on doctors right now. They never tell us the same n but they've always told us tiat and exercise. Well, what we've discovered is that these longevity janes need to be either down regulated or up regulated in a certain way. How do you do that? These life styles, certain types of diet, when you eat and exercise, essentially you want to trick your body into thinking that it's under threat of survival adversity. But you want to give it a little bit of fear, and it will have great results and give you payback for decades to come.
