The Parallels Between Reconstruction and Now?
i think it's impossible to write about the past without bringing up political ideas and things that were happening. And so i do want to ask you a political question, especially because we're in this moment of incredible back lah. A lot of us are not even able to really understand the depths of those parallels,. So much of the history of reconstruction we don't really learn about, either in high school or even really in college.
