i don't know how to give that same attention to my ligaments and tendons. That seems to be what's giving me the most problem now as i get older. I will say though, that there is such a fine line between asking your body to do things and then covering afterwards. Always ease your way into it. Don't worry about whatever it said on the web site where you got the workout from. Ignore that and do what you feel like is going to be safe for you.
